Refund & Return Policy

At James & June Coffee, we want you to love every cup. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, tea, and food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jamesandjunecoffee.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're unhappy with your coffee purchase, please reach out to us. While we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products, we value our customers and will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
